After California voters adopted the California Marriage Amendment via Proposition 8 a year ago, you could see sore losers claiming "I am a victim of H8!" So now I have to wonder, after Maine voters decided to veto their state legislature's attempt to neuter their state marriage licensing, will we we see "I am a victim of H1!"? Sounds like the a flu, no?
